Be sure to eat healthy in the weeks and days leading up to test day and especially the night before. You also want to be sure you get enough rest. Trying to stay up all night and cram in those last minute answers can actually make you do worse than studying properly and fully before time and then getting a full night's rest the day before.
Be sure you don't skip breakfast that day either. Even if you don't normally consider yourself a breakfast eater, is the most important meal of the day for a reason. It will be very important that you get the nutrients you need to fuel your brain for the test. Since GED testing can sometimes be long, you always want to be sure your stomach doesn't start growling while you're in there taking the test.
